Our chef works exclusively with fresh products and thus creates mouth-watering dishes. Whether it is an extensive dinner buffet, an intimate dinner with family and friends or a fantastic gala dinner, with us it is a unique experience.

On our menu you will find, besides traditional dishes from French cuisine, surprising specialties from Italian, South American and Oriental cuisine.

Dining at Hotel Spier is a combination of delicious food, a perfect quality, a fair price and a unique experience, which we would like to share with you.
The dishes from our menu can be ordered from 12:00 to 23:00

We are also the perfect location for a bite to eat with your (small) children, and we have a special children's menu. While still enjoying the dinner at the table, the kids color a coloring page that they can later return at the reception for a small gift.
